What size of surfboards do you have?
We stock 8ft Vision Softboards. These Surfboards are designed to help you progress with skill and technique while still catching as many waves as you can.
What if I can not collect my rental equipment at precisely 1:30pm?
This is no problem. Your surf equipment will held for the 3 hour period. As long as your equipment is returned on time you can collect at a time that suits you within this time slot.
What if I do not want 3 hours of rental?
We have created our service to allow people to enjoy their time in the water. We would spend anywhere between 1 -3 hours surfing so this is why we advertise “up to 3 hours” so anyone can enjoy this experience. Price does not change if equipment is returned early.
Do you have wetsuits sizes for everyone and will they be warm enough in winter?
All wetsuit rentals are available in all sizes from Junior XS right up to Adult XXXL. Our wetsuits are classic fit C-skins wetsuits specifically designed for surf schools. We only stock 5:3mm wetsuits which are designed for winter and will keep your warm all year round. Please click here to find classic wetsuit size chart.
Where can I leave my valuables?
When collecting surf hire equipment we recommend you can leave your belongings in your car and we can look after keys while you are in the water.
Do you offer long term / over night rentals?
All surf hire equipment is based on 3 hour rental. All equipment must be returned by closing time on the day. We do not offer over night services.
What if I can not make my surf hire date / time?
Once you purchase one of our services a Long Line account will be set up which will allow you to amend your order. If you cancel a surf hire order, a refund will be given unless it breaches our cancellation period. Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to time of your booked rental, otherwise we’re not obliged to reschedule or refund your order.
What happens if we can’t go surfing due to weather conditions?
Nobody can control the weather, so in the unlikely event we’re not able to offer surf hire because of dangerous surf or weather conditions, Long Line Surf School will ensure that your hire is either rescheduled for a more appropriate date/time or a refund will be given if this rescheduling is not possible.
